Return Policy for digital products

We are committed to providing high-quality digital products and services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Free Trial

- All new SHEQ Street app accounts start with a 14-day free trial.
- During the trial, you can explore the platform at no cost.
- No credit card is required to start the trial.

2. No Refunds on Paid Purchases

All sales of our digital products (including the QMS Pack) and paid subscriptions to the SHEQ Street app are final and non-refundable.

Once you:
- Complete a purchase of any digital product, or
- Upgrade from the free trial to a paid subscription,

you will immediately receive access to the product or service. Due to the digital nature of our offerings, we do not offer refunds, cancellations for credit, or returns after access has been granted.

3. Subscription Cancellation

- You may cancel your SHEQ Street subscription at any time via the Billing & Plan section in your account.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You will continue to have full access until the end of the paid period.
- No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of a billing cycle.

4. All Sales Are Final

By purchasing any SHEQ Street product or service, you agree that all sales are final. We strongly recommend you fully explore the free trial and review all product descriptions, features and requirements before upgrading to a paid plan.

5. Product Descriptions and Inquiries

6. Exceptions

Refunds or exceptions may be considered only in exceptional circumstances (such as technical errors on our side that prevent access). All exception requests must be submitted in writing to info@sheqstreet.co.za within 7 days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
